Ground-Up Multifamily Development

Sandstone 2 is a new ground-up construction project delivering a five-building apartment complex — and we did it all. Work began in mid-2022 with site preparation, excavation, and engineered concrete foundations, progressing through structural framing, exterior work, mechanical systems, and interior finishes. Every phase of this project was self-performed, from the first concrete footing to the final coat of paint, the last piece of trim, and the pride that comes with handing over a completed community.

Site Preparation & Foundation Work

Site clearing, excavation, and installation of engineered concrete footings with reinforced rebar systems. Anchor bolt placement and foundation engineering per approved blueprints.

Fall–Winter 2022

Structural Foundation & Block Work

Continued foundation work including block masonry, concrete wall construction, and structural reinforcement across all five building footprints.

Early 2023

Concrete Slab & Structural Progress

Concrete slab pours, structural framing, and vertical construction progress across the five-building complex. Site inspections and documentation of construction milestones.

2023

Exterior Work, MEP & Finishes

Roofing, siding, windows, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and interior finish work across all five buildings. Inspections and Certificates of Occupancy obtained.

December 2023

Site Work & Asphalt Completion

Final site work including asphalt paving of parking areas and drives, landscaping, and site finishes. Project completion and turnover to ownership.
